Songwriters

Urban Bridge Church has a thriving community of songwriters and musicians. Each Sunday morning, they have the opportunity to lead the community in a worship experience, often through original songs and reworkings of gospel standards (and music from other genres). Besides that, the songwriters collaborate each year on an album and live arts event known at Bridge Songs.

Throughout the year, a group of songwriters meets in a home every second week to collaborate, critique and grow in community. Through this experience, our songwriters are becoming both stronger artists and growing deeper in Christ. All songwriters are welcome to join this group (whether or not you consider yourself a follower of Christ). It is a great way to grow in your art, in a supportive community.
