Next Meeting:

Friday January 15th, 6:30 pm @ The Glombicks’ (64 Brighton Bay, Sherwood Park)

We will provide coffee and a dessert. You can bring some extra snacks if you want to (although no pressure – we want to keep it relatively low-key).

Besides just hanging out, talking, and getting to know each other better, we’re thinking we could do two specific things for this first little get together:

– Play a game or two together to stir-up those wonderful competitive (or non-competitive!) personalities and help us get more comfortable with each other – Spend some time talking about what this group will be like

So, please come prepared with the following:

– A game that you might like to play with everyone (e.g.: Battle of the Sexes [if anyone has this one, please bring it!], Apples to Apples, etc.) – Some of your thoughts on what you’d like this group to be like, and how we should do that [keeping in mind Urban Bridge’s criteria that we 1) nurture relationships and 2) care for the poor]
