Theology Group Kick-Off – RESCHEDULED!

The Urban Bridge theology study group will be meeting this coming Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 p.m. at Scott & Lindsay Drennan’s home for their first meeting and kick-off! The plan is to finalize a meeting schedule, work out an approach for selecting and tackling material, and pick our first topic or book. All those who are interested in joining should come to throw in their two cents.

Please RSVP in advance so appropriate quantities of tea and vittles can be provided!

The Urban Bridge Book Club is meeting this Saturday March 28th at the Muth’s. This time we will be discussing “Life After God” by Douglas Coupland.
We are planning to have a potluck and so it will begin at 6pm.

Mamas and Madams is About to Begin

Mamas and Madams is a bible study bible study at Jenny McAlister’s place.

We are starting a new study book, “Plastic Jesus” so it’s a great time to start!

The Book Club meets at various homes at 6 PM on Saturdays.

NEXT BOOK CLUB

Our next meeting is at 7 pm on Sat. Jan. 24th. It will be held at Beth McLachlan’s home which is located at #21 (third floor) 11906 104 St. Ring buzzer #21 to get in. In case you need to phone her, you can do so at 780-868-0312. We will be discussing “The Kite Runner” and Beth will also be serving dessert. See you there!
